Regionally, Kayla has performed with Fulton Theatre, The Carousel Music Theatre, Gretna Theatre, Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, Allenberry Playhouse, Theatre Harrisburg, Hershey Area Playhouse, and Bare Bones Theatre Ensemble. She also recently made her NYC debut in Understudies: Now it’s Their Turn at the Producer’s Club Theatre and will be making her Green Room 42 debut in her solo show Becoming Benanti in March 2022. In 2019 Kayla created and her debuted her one woman show: Maybe This Time I’ll Belt at Open Stage of Harrisburg. She connected with Laura Benanti through the hashtag #SunshineSongs, which Laura created to highlight students whose shows were cancelled due to COVID-19, and Kayla performed in her virtual Sunshine Songs Concert. She also enjoys being a regular performer for Sing For Your Seniors. Kayla is a sought after soprano in the Central PA area and is highly requested for cabarets. She held the position of soprano soloist and section leader for the Pine Street Presbyterian Church Choir under the direction of Brett A. Terry for three years. She performed Brahms Requiem as the soprano soloist for the Central Pennsylvania Oratorio Singers in 2018.
